One of our most popular products, electromagnetic flux permanent magnetic pulleys separators are used as head pulleys in the efficient belt conveyor systems for:

• Improvement of purity of product
• To protect the process equipment from tramp metal damage
• These pulleys provide continuous and effective exclusion of ferrous metal from the product flow
• It follows the method of permanent magnetic ferrous metal separation which demands the magnetic pulley to be setup at discharge end of the conveyor replacing the existing pulley

• Flat or crowned pulley face
• Four available hub styles: recessed hubs, flush hubs, extended hubs, or no hubs
• Smooth or lagged surface
• Fixed shaft or no shaft
• Precision machined keyways
• Taper locks and set screws

• A divider plate can also be setup for ensuring that no remixing occurs when the product falls freely from the end of line into the storage bins or processing chutes
